Yes. We offer fully waterproof MirrorVues that work great in showers or next to bathtubs. These mirror TVs come in a 15.6”, 22” and 32" screen and boast an IPX6 waterproof rating. They also feature two MISCO waterproof external speakers.

Each MirrorVue comes with mount rails on to the back of the mirror that allows you to locks tightly with the mounting strip that you attach to your wall. Depending on the size of your MirrorVue, there will be up 2 or 4 mounting strips to secure your mirror. The overall thickness of the MirrorVue, including the mirror glass is 1.5" (36mm).

The TV unit is secured with an aluminum frame in the back of the mirror that you can slide and take out very easily. All MirrorVue's come with a standard In factory 2 year warranty. All MirrorVue's are subject to a limited return policy. Only standard (non custom) MirrorVue orders can be returned for a refund and only within 7 days of receipt.

Yes! We can ship our MirrorVues anywhere in the world, since MirrorVues support the different worldwide broadcasting TV systems, they can be used in virtually any country.

Q: Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy?

All MirrorVue customized orders are non-refundable. If the order is canceled while in production a 30% production fee will be applied and the remainder will be refunded. Because this is a specially crafted product we give each customer an estimated delivery time. Due to the fragility and specialty of the product unexpected delays may occur causing delivery times to be extended, the same refund/production policies apply to all non-delivered or delayed orders.

Due to computer display variances, all materials used in making our MirrorVue and DecoVue products may appear slightly different color on our website than they do in person. For a nominal fee, we offer samples of all materials used in the making of these products. MirrorVue and DecoVue products are fully customized, non-refundable purchases. Order cancellations or returns based on slight color differences are not accepted.

Damage Policy:

All MirrorVue orders must report any in transit damages of the product within 24 hours of receipt and must include pictures of the defective units otherwise we cannot accept the damage claim. Each MirrorVue order comes with stickers inside and outside the box requesting the items be checked immediately upon receipt.

Warranty:

All MirrorVue orders (custom and standard) come with a 2 year in factory warranty. For warranty claims the customer must ship the warranty item, freight pre-paid and we will repair/replace according to the warranty and ship to the original order shipping address at our expense.
